Less than a mile south of the Columbus Coated Fabrics plant, is
the JDS Co. building. Little is known about this place, except
that JDS Jeffrey LLC was its last tenant, and that the building
was built in 1924. Other than that your guess is as good as ours.
The front portion of the building looks like it would have been
used as an office building. However there is another building,
connected by an enclosed walkway on the third floor. Most of this
second building is more of a very large garage. We're not sure
when JDS left. They bought the building in 2002 so I cant imagine
that its been empty for very long, though it looks just as abandoned
as any other building we've been in. We'll continue to look for
